Mango Mousse
If you're a mango lover, this delicious recipe for mango mousse will delight you. Along with being a perfect dessert, it is very easy to make (only three ingredients!) and will please anyone and everyone tasting it.
Ingredients:
- Well ripened, large sized mango - 2
- Heavy whipping cream - 400 ml
- Condensed milk - 1/3 cup (100 g)
Prep Steps:
- In a large bowl, add the cold cream and whip until stiff peaks form
- Add the condensed milk and mix
- Now add the mango puree in portions and fold into the whipped cream until well combined
- Pour the mousse into small dessert cups
- Serve them right away or refrigerate for 2 - 3 hours (Optional: add on some freshly chopped, small mango pieces on top to enhance the look)
- Enjoy!
