                            Mango Mousse

If you're a mango lover, this delicious recipe for mango mousse will delight you. Along with being a perfect dessert, it is very easy to make (only three ingredients!) and will please anyone and everyone tasting it.

Ingredients:
  • Well ripened, large sized mango - 2
  • Heavy whipping cream - 400 ml
  • Condensed milk - 1/3 cup (100 g)
Prep Steps:
  1. In a large bowl, add the cold cream and whip until stiff peaks form
  2. Add the condensed milk and mix
  3. Now add the mango puree in portions and fold into the whipped cream until well combined
  4. Pour the mousse into small dessert cups 
  5. Serve them right away or refrigerate for 2 - 3 hours (Optional: add on some freshly chopped, small mango pieces on top to enhance the look)
  6. Enjoy!
