Blueberry Muffins 🫐

 

               Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:

  • All purpose flour - 1 & 1/2 cups
  • Granulated sugar - 1/2 to 3/4 cup
  • Sea salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 2 teaspoon
  • Oil - 1/3 cup (you can use any neutral - flavored oil)
  • Egg - 1
  • Milk - 1/2 to 1/3 cup (both dairy and non - dairy work)
  • Vanilla extract - 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
  • Blueberries - 1 cup (6-8 oz)

Prep Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  1. Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl
  2. Take another bowl
  3. Add the oil, egg, and vanilla extract, whisk to combine well, then add milk and mix the contents again
  4. Add this mixture to the bowl of dry ingredients, then mix well. (Do not over mix, though)
  5. Then add the blueberries into this and lightly stir everything together again
  6. After you add the muffin liners to the baking tray, pour this mixture in and bake for about 15 - 20 minutes (or at least until the tops are no longer wet and when a toothpick is inserted in the middle of a muffin, it comes out with crumbs and not wet batter)
  7. Take them out, serve, and enjoy!
