Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients:
- All purpose flour - 1 & 1/2 cups
- Granulated sugar - 1/2 to 3/4 cup
- Sea salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 2 teaspoon
- Oil - 1/3 cup (you can use any neutral - flavored oil)
- Egg - 1
- Milk - 1/2 to 1/3 cup (both dairy and non - dairy work)
- Vanilla extract - 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
- Blueberries - 1 cup (6-8 oz)
Prep Steps:
- Heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl
- Take another bowl
- Add the oil, egg, and vanilla extract, whisk to combine well, then add milk and mix the contents again
- Add this mixture to the bowl of dry ingredients, then mix well. (Do not over mix, though)
- Then add the blueberries into this and lightly stir everything together again
- After you add the muffin liners to the baking tray, pour this mixture in and bake for about 15 - 20 minutes (or at least until the tops are no longer wet and when a toothpick is inserted in the middle of a muffin, it comes out with crumbs and not wet batter)
- Take them out, serve, and enjoy!
