Easy Protein/Chickpea Salad

Ingredients:
  • Boiled chickpea - 1 cup
  • Cucumber - 1 
  • Onion - 1
  • Cherry tomatoes - I cup
  • Salt - As per your taste
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • Pepper - 1 tsp
Prep Steps:
  1. Take a small jar and put the olive oil in
  2. Then add the salt, pepper, and lemon juice and shake well
  3. Put all the cut vegetables and chickpeas into a bowl/plate
  4. Pour in the contents of your small jar into the bowl
  5. Mix well, serve, and enjoy!
  6. (Optional: Add cilantro leaves for a garnish)
