Easy Protein/Chickpea Salad
Ingredients:
- Boiled chickpea - 1 cup
- Cucumber - 1
- Onion - 1
- Cherry tomatoes - I cup
- Salt - As per your taste
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Pepper - 1 tsp
Prep Steps:
- Take a small jar and put the olive oil in
- Then add the salt, pepper, and lemon juice and shake well
- Put all the cut vegetables and chickpeas into a bowl/plate
- Pour in the contents of your small jar into the bowl
- Mix well, serve, and enjoy!
- (Optional: Add cilantro leaves for a garnish)
