  Healthy Yogurt - Strawberry                        Popsicles Ingredients: Fresh strawberries - 1 cup Greek yogurt or any whole milk yogurt - 1 cup   Vanilla extract - 1/4 tsp Honey or sugar - 3 tbsp (Optional) Lemon Juice - 1/4 tsp Prep Steps: Add all the ingredients in the blender Blend for about 2 minutes or until the mixture is smooth Then take the popsicle mould Evenly distribute the mix into the mould of your choice, then secure the lids Freeze for 6 to 7 hours or overnight Remove the moulds from the freezer, run each one under hot water for 20 seconds to release the popsicles Enjoy! (right away, so they don't melt! 🧊 )

                                                                            Curd Rice Ingredients Curd - 6 tbsp Rice - 1 cup Oil - 1 tbsp (I use olive oil; you can use any oil of your choice) Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Urad dal - 1/4 tsp Green chili - 1 Ginger - 1/4 tsp Asafoetida powder - 1 pinch Salt - As per your taste Dry red chili - 3 Curry leaves - 4 or 5 Coriander leaves  as per your taste Grated carrot - optional, as it is for garnish Prep Steps: Take 1 cup rice, washed and cooked well Allow cooked rice to cool Heat the oil, saute the ginger and green chili, then set them aside Then splatter the mustard seeds, urad dal, dry red chili, and curry leaves Then turn off the flame and add asafoetida powder Add this to the cooled rice Add curd and salt, then...

                                          Sweet Potato Idiyappam This sweet potato idiyappam is very delicious and simple to make. It is also easy to digest for everyone. when I was thinking of how to include sweet potato 🍠 in kids' meals, i found that this was an easy way to do so. 😊 Ingredients: Roasted rice flour - 1 cup Boiled and mashed sweet potato - 1 or 2 Turmeric powder - a pinch (optional) Salt - as required Water - 5 tbsp or less Prep Steps Mix mashed or pasty sweet potatoes and rice flour with salt and turmeric powder Add water gently and slowly and prepare like a normal idiyappam dough Take an iddiyappam maker and put the small portion of the dough and press into the desired shapes (I use an idli mould)  Steam for 10 minutes, take out, then tranfer into a plate or casserole Repeat the same procedure for the rest of the dough Enjoy with your fav...

  Oats Idli  Ingredients: Whole grain rolled oats - 1 cup (If you are using rolled oats then grind the oats) Rava Sooji - 1/2 cup Curd - 1 cup Salt  1 tsp Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp Carrot  - 1 grated Turmeric  a pinch Green chili  1 (small) Curry leaves - 3 to 4 Coriander leaves - a few chopped Hing/kayampodi  1/4 tsp Baking soda or eno salt - 1/4 tsp (you can skip this as well if you want) Prep Steps Heat a pan and roast oats in medium flame for 6 - 7 minutes, stirring continuously (I use whole grained rolled oats) Take another pan  Heat oil and splatter mustard seeds Then add curry leaves, green chili and grated carrot (saute until the raw smell goes) Now add rava (sooji) and roast for 2 - 3 minutes Take a glass bowl and the beaten curd, along with the roasted rava and oats mix.  Mix them all well. Idli and Dosa  Ingredients: Idli rice - 2 cups Urad dal - 1 cup Sago - 1/2 cup Fenugreek seeds - 2 tsp Beaten rice (white) - 1 cup Salt - according to your taste  Batter Prep Steps: Soak everything separately for 4 hours Then, grind the beaten rice, fenugreek, and sago Transfer this to a big container Then grind the urad dal while adding ice water so it reaches a fluffy consistency (use a reasonable amount of water; don't add to much) Add that mixture to the container, then mix thoroughly by hand for 2 - 3 minutes Close the container to allow the batter to ferment for 10 hours if you live in a very cold place, you can keep in the oven with the light on Idli Prep Steps: After the fermentation, boil a steamer by adding enough water Take the idli mould Pour the batter to each mould and steam for 7 to 10 minutes, then remove from steamer and allow to sit for five minutes Remove them from the mould Your soft and delicious idli is ready to serve! Pazham means banana. here I have combined this fruit with one of the most well known and classic breakfast foods, resulting in a simple, healthy, and delicious food.                                       Carrot Halwa Hello! Today I will be sharing another one of my favorite simple and sweet recipes: carrot halwa! Ingredients: Carrots - 6 Milk - 1/2 cup Sugar - 1/2 cup Cornflour - 2 tbsp Ghee - 1 tsp (coconut oil works as well) Ealakka - 1 Water - 1/2 cup Prep Steps: Take six cleaned and peeled carrots, then cut them into small pieces Put this into a blender, add 1/2 cup of milk Grind well until it reaches a smooth paste consistency Then transfer into another bowl and add two tbsp of cornflour, mix well, and keep aside Heat a pan and add 1/2 cup sugar ( I have used organic sugar, but any type works) and 1/2 cup water Heat the water and sugar (we just need to make a sugar solution) Let the solution come to boil, add grinded carrot mix, and stir well continuously on a low to medium flame Keep stirring continuously, then when the halwa consistency reaches a se...

                              Mango Mousse If you're a mango lover, this  delicious recipe for mango mousse will delight you. Along with being a perfect dessert, it is very easy to make (only three ingredients!) and will please anyone and everyone tasting it. Ingredients: Well ripened, large sized mango - 2 Heavy whipping cream - 400 ml Condensed milk - 1/3 cup (100 g) Prep Steps: In a large bowl, add the cold cream and whip until stiff peaks form Add the condensed milk and mix Now add the mango puree in portions and fold into the whipped cream until well combined Pour the mousse into small dessert cups  Serve them right away or refrigerate for 2 - 3 hours (Optional: add on some freshly chopped, small mango pieces on top to enhance the look) Enjoy!

                 Blueberry Muffins Ingredients: All purpose flour - 1 & 1/2 cups Granulated sugar - 1/2 to 3/4 cup Sea salt - 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder - 2 teaspoon Oil - 1/3 cup (you can use any neutral - flavored oil) Egg - 1 Milk - 1/2 to 1/3 cup (both dairy and non - dairy work) Vanilla extract - 1 & 1/2 teaspoon Blueberries - 1 cup (6-8 oz) Prep Steps: Heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl Take another bowl Add the oil, egg, and vanilla extract, whisk to combine well, then add milk and mix the contents again Add this mixture to the bowl of dry ingredients, then mix well. (Do not over mix, though) Then add the blueberries into this and lightly stir everything together again After you add the muffin liners to the baking tray, pour this mixture in and bake for about 15 - 20 minutes (or at least until the tops are no longer wet and when a toothpick is inserted in...

  Easy Protein/Chickpea Salad Ingredients: Boiled chickpea - 1 cup Cucumber - 1  Onion - 1 Cherry tomatoes - I cup Salt - As per your taste Olive oil - 2 tbsp Lemon juice - 2 tbsp Pepper - 1 tsp Prep Steps: Take a small jar and put the olive oil in Then add the salt, pepper, and lemon juice and shake well Put all the cut vegetables and chickpeas into a bowl/plate Pour in the contents of your small jar into the bowl Mix well, serve, and enjoy! (Optional: Add cilantro leaves for a garnish)

Nutella French Toast Bread Rolls Ingredients: Sandwich bread - (depends on how many you want to make) slices Nutella - 1 tbsp Egg - 1 Caster sugar - 2 tbsp Ground cinnamon - 1 tbsp Milk - 2 tbsp Butter - 2 tbsp Prep steps: Cut the sandwich bread crusts off Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread Spread the nutella in the bread, then roll up the bread slice to make a nice little roll Repeat for the others Take a bowl and mix caster sugar and ground cinnamon together, then set it aside for now In another small bowl, add the egg and milk, which you will have to beat together until it is combined Preheat a pan and put the butter in Once the butter is melted, dip each one of the rolls into the egg and milk mix Place the rolls onto the pan and let it cook for about a minute until they are a nice and golden color Roll each one of the rolls in the cinnamon sugar Enjoy!
