Strawberry Yogurt Breakfast Smoothie
Preparation time: 7 minutes
Ingredients:
- Strawberries - 5 or 6
- Whole milk yogurt (I use Stonyfield yogurt)- 1 cup
- Old - fashioned quick oats - 2 tbsp
- Flax seed powder - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp (optional)
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients into the blender.
- Blend smoothly.
- Put into a cup and serve!
- (You can add chia seeds or/and mint leaves as a garnish on top.)
