Strawberry Yogurt Breakfast Smoothie 

Preparation time: 7 minutes

Ingredients:
  • Strawberries - 5 or 6
  • Whole milk yogurt (I use Stonyfield yogurt)- 1 cup
  • Old - fashioned quick oats - 2 tbsp
  • Flax seed powder - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp (optional)
Preparation:
  1. Put all the ingredients into the blender.
  2. Blend smoothly.
  3. Put into a cup and serve!
  4. (You can add chia seeds or/and mint leaves as a garnish on top.)
