Mulaku Bajji
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- Bajji chilli- 4
- Besan- 1 cup
- Rice flour- 2 tsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder- 1 tsp
- Asafoetida powder-2 pinch
- salt
- sugar- 1 pinch (optional)
- Baking soda- 1 pinch (optional)
- water- 3/4 cup
- oil- for frying
- Wash and dry each chilli
- Cut into half and deseed them
- In a bowl add all the powders and mix well
- Then add water and make a paste without lumps
- Heat oil to medium temperature
- Dip each chilli in the batter and deep fry them until it is cooked well
- Eat the bajji with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
