                                Mulaku Bajji

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients: 

  • Bajji chilli- 4
  • Besan- 1 cup
  • Rice flour- 2 tsp
  • Kashmiri chilli powder- 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida powder-2 pinch
  • salt
  • sugar- 1 pinch (optional)
  • Baking soda- 1 pinch (optional)
  • water- 3/4 cup 
  • oil- for frying
Preparation:

  1. Wash and dry each chilli
  2. Cut into half and deseed them
  3. In a bowl add all the powders and mix well
  4. Then add water and make a paste without lumps
  5. Heat oil to medium temperature 
  6. Dip each chilli in the batter and deep fry them until it is cooked well
  7. Eat the bajji with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
