                                                           Semiya Payasam

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • vermicelli-1 cup
  • ghee-2 tbsp
  • salt- 1 pinch
  • sugar-according to your taste 
  • cashew nuts (optional)
  • water-1 liter
  • raisins
  • cardamom powder-2 pinches
  • milk-2 liter (fresh whole milk)
Steps:

    Boil 1 liter of water along with milk. To this add the fried semiya mix, then add carda- mom powder or cardamom. Cook it for 15 minutes. Then add the sugar and salt, and switch off the stove. Add some fried nuts and raisins and then......ENJOY!!!!!! :)
