                         Healthy pancake and waffle recipe for kids!

    Here is a delicious and nutritious ragi banana pancake and waffle recipe!

Preparation time: about 25 minutes

Ingredients: 

  1. Banana-1 big
  2. Ragi flour- 1/4 cup
  3. whole wheat flour-1/4 cup
  4. egg-1
  5. milk-1/2 cup
  6. sugar-1 tbsp (according to your taste)
  7. Baking powder-1/2 teaspoon (If  you don't have or don't want to use baking powder, you can use dosa batter-1 tbsp instead)
(If you want, add cocoa powder-1 tbsp for chocolate flavor )


Procedure:

    Put all the ingredients into the blender ( I use Magic Bullet blender). Blend well. If you are making waffles, first grease the waffle maker using butter or Canola Oil, then pour the batter into the waffle maker. To make pancakes, pour the batter into a non-stick pan and make the pancakes whatever size or shape you want. When bubbles come on the top of the pancakes, flip it over. Wait for about 2 or 3 seconds. Transfer into a plate. Enjoy!!!😀
