Ragi Dosa
Ragi Dosa Preparation time: 30 minutes Ingredients: urad dal-1/2 cup Raw Rice-1 tbsp Ragi powder-1/4 cup Preparation: As a first step, in a large bowl, add 1/2 cup of urad dal and 1 tablespoon of raw rice. Rinse well and soak in enough water for 4 hours. After soaking for 4 hours, drain all the water and transfer to the grinder or mixer. Add water as required and blend to a smooth paste then add 1/4 cup of ragi powder. Blend for another minute. Add water slowly and scrape the sides. Blend to a smooth paste. Transfer to a bowl. Mix well making sure everything is well combined. Ferment in a warm place for at least 8 hours or until the batter doubles in volume.
