Ingredients: - big cucumber (1) - mint leaves (about/less than a handful) - maple syrup (2-3 tbsp) - lemon juice (1/2 lemon) - ice cubes/water  Steps: Wash the cucumber Peel and cut the cucumber Put it in the blender Add mint leaves, maple syrup, lemon juice, and the ice cubes/water Blend well Strain the juice Pour into a glass and enjoy!

  Pumpkin Muffins Ingredients: 1/2 cup pumpkin puree 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 1/4 cup sugar 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups sprouted whole grain oats 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup oil 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips Steps: preheat oven to 350 degrees F Add oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt in a bowl mix well and set aside in another bowl, add pumpkin puree, brown and granulated sugar, eggs, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract mix everything well using a hand whisk add chocolate chips in the first bowl, then mix the two together fill muffin pans lined with muffin liners with the batter bake in the oven at 350 degrees F on the middle rack for 25-30 minutes cool for 5 minutes, then enjoy! ~ Have fun digging into these fall flavored treats  ~

Fresh Figs Milkshake This milkshake is a healthy and delicious drink with its primary ingredients as  figs.  Figs are a highly nutritious fruit containing important antioxidants, fibre, and potassium with benefits such as controlling blood pressure and aiding digestion.    Ingredients: Fresh Figs - 5 or 6 Chilled milk (of your choice) - 1 glass Honey or sugar - 1 tbsp Ice cubes (optional ) Prep Steps: Put the figs, 1/2 of the glass of milk, and honey/sugar in the blender ,blend it until it becomes a smooth paste Add the remaining milk and blend well Garnish with some chia seeds or chopped almonds  Enjoy!
