Healthy Spinach banana pancakes 💚






Prep time: 15 - 20 minutes
Ingredients: 
- organic baby spinach - one big handful
- eggs -2
- water - 1 1/4 cup (to make more liquid)
- oats - 1 cup
- banana - 1
- salt - a pinch
- vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- optional: mini chocolate chips
Steps:
1. Put all ingredients in a bowl
2. Pour contents into blender
3. Blend well
4. Take the mix out
5. Pour onto pancake making grid or pan
6. Garnish with mini chocolate chips
7. Take out & enjoy
