Oats - Banana Muffin
Oats Banana Muffin
Ingredients (7 Muffins):
- Oats flour (You can make at home: put 1 cup rolled oats into the blender and grind well) - 1 cup
- Big bananas - 2
- Egg - 1
- Coconut Oil -1/4 cup
- Organic Coconut Palm Sugar (You can use honey as a substitute for this) - 1/4 or 1/2 cup
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tbsp
- Salt - a pinch
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Baking Soda - a pinch
- Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- Cinnamon - 1 and 1/2 tsp
- Chocolate Chips - As per your taste
Prep Time: 25 minutes
Before prep: preheat oven to 400 F or 200 C
Prep Steps:
- Put oats flour into a bowl
- Add cinnamon, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and nutmeg into the bowl
- Mix all those dry ingredients together and set aside
- Take another bowl, then add the one egg and palm sugar
- Mix well
- Then add coconut oil and add the two mashed bananas
- Mix all the wet ingredients well
- Put the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, then mix well
- Bake for 20 minutes until fully cooked
- Enjoy!
