 Oats Banana Muffin

Ingredients (7 Muffins):

  • Oats flour (You can make at home: put 1 cup rolled oats into the blender and grind well) -  1 cup
  • Big bananas - 2
  • Egg - 1
  • Coconut Oil  -1/4 cup
  • Organic Coconut Palm Sugar (You can use honey as a substitute for this) - 1/4 or 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Baking Soda - a pinch
  • Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • Cinnamon - 1 and 1/2 tsp
  • Chocolate Chips - As per your taste
Prep Time: 25 minutes
Before prep: preheat oven to 400 F or 200 C

Prep Steps:
  1. Put oats flour into a bowl
  2. Add cinnamon, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and nutmeg into the bowl
  3. Mix all those dry ingredients together and set aside
  4. Take another bowl, then add the one egg and palm sugar
  5. Mix well
  6. Then add coconut oil and add the two mashed bananas
  7. Mix all the wet ingredients well
  8. Put the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, then mix well
  9. Bake for 20 minutes until fully cooked
  10. Enjoy!
