                Iron rich protein balls

Ingredients:

  • Almonds - 1/2 cup
  • Pumpkin seeds - 1/4 cup
  • Sunflower seeds - 1/4 cup
  • Oats - 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom - 3
  • Dates - 1/2 cup
  • Jaggery - 1 & 1/2 cup
  • Sesame seeds ( black) - 1/4 cup 
  • Chia seeds - 2 spoon
  • Puffed quinoa - 4 tablespoon 
Steps:
  • Dry roast all the seeds and nuts in a low flame
  • After the roasted items cool down, put it in the food processor/blender and blend well until it reaches a powdered consistency
  • Add the jaggery and dates into the blender and grind it well
  • Take it out on the plate 
  • Mix well 
  • Shape the mix into one of your choice
  • Store in a Clean dry  glass bowl or jar
  • Enjoy!😊
