Iron rich protein balls
Ingredients:- Almonds - 1/2 cup
- Pumpkin seeds - 1/4 cup
- Sunflower seeds - 1/4 cup
- Oats - 1/2 cup
- Cardamom - 3
- Dates - 1/2 cup
- Jaggery - 1 & 1/2 cup
- Sesame seeds ( black) - 1/4 cup
- Chia seeds - 2 spoon
- Puffed quinoa - 4 tablespoon
Steps:
- Dry roast all the seeds and nuts in a low flame
- After the roasted items cool down, put it in the food processor/blender and blend well until it reaches a powdered consistency
- Add the jaggery and dates into the blender and grind it well
- Take it out on the plate
- Mix well
- Shape the mix into one of your choice
- Store in a Clean dry glass bowl or jar
