Fresh Figs Milkshake

This milkshake is a healthy and delicious drink with its primary ingredients as  figs. Figs are a highly nutritious fruit containing important antioxidants, fibre, and potassium with benefits such as controlling blood pressure and aiding digestion.  

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Figs - 5 or 6
  • Chilled milk (of your choice) - 1 glass
  • Honey or sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Ice cubes (optional)
Prep Steps:
  1. Put the figs, 1/2 of the glass of milk, and honey/sugar in the blender ,blend it until it becomes a smooth paste
  2. Add the remaining milk and blend well
  3. Garnish with some chia seeds or chopped almonds 
  4. Enjoy!
