Egg Neer Dosa
Ingredients:
- Roasted rice flour - 2 cups
- Egg - 1
- Grated coconut - 5 - 6 tbsp (You can change the amount of this if you'd like)
- Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - A pinch
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - As per your taste
- Olive oil - 1 tsp
- Water - 2 cups
Preparation time: 20 mins
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients in the blender
- Grind into a smooth paste
- Pour the batter into a bowl ( If the batter is quite thick after you finish grinding, add some more water and mix well.)
- Pour the batter into a dosa pan and make dosa
