  Egg Neer Dosa Ingredients: Roasted rice flour - 2 cups  Egg - 1 Grated coconut - 5 - 6 tbsp (You can change the amount of this if you'd like) Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder - A pinch Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Salt - As per your taste Olive oil - 1 tsp Water - 2 cups Preparation time: 20 mins Preparation: Put all the ingredients in the blender Grind into a smooth paste Pour the batter into a bowl ( If the batter is quite thick after you finish grinding, add some more water and mix well.)                                             Nutri - Mix Muffin Preparation time: 30 - 40 minutes Ingredients: Amrutham podi (Nutri mix powder from Kerala, but you can use whole wheat flour, oats flour, or almond flour) - 3/4 cup Egg - 1 Sweetened condensed milk - 5 tbsp Milk - 3 tbsp Oil - 3 tbsp Baking powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - A pinch Cinnamon powder - A pinch Chocolate chips (or chopped nuts) to garnish Preparation:  Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees and put cupcake liners in the muffin tray  In a mixing bowl, crack an egg Add sweetened condensed milk and mix well with a hand whisk Add oil and vanilla essence, and whisk until combined. Place a sieve on top and add dry ingredients through it Whisk until it is combined, then fold the batter.
