                                              Oats Banana Muffin Ingredients (7 Muffins): Oats flour (You can make at home: put 1 cup rolled oats into the blender and grind well) -  1 cup Big bananas - 2 Egg - 1 Coconut Oil  -1/4 cup Organic Coconut Palm Sugar (You can use honey as a substitute for this) - 1/4 or 1/2 cup Vanilla Essence - 1 tbsp Salt - a pinch Baking powder - 1 tsp Baking Soda - a pinch Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp Cinnamon - 1 and 1/2 tsp Chocolate Chips - As per your taste Prep Time: 25 minutes Before prep: preheat oven to 400 F or 200 C Prep Steps: Put oats flour into a bowl Add cinnamon, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and nutmeg into the bowl Mix all those dry ingredients together and set aside Take another bowl, then add the one egg and palm sugar Mix well Then add coconut oil and add the two mashed bananas Mix all the wet i...

Fresh Figs Milkshake This milkshake is a healthy and delicious drink with its primary ingredients as  figs.  Figs are a highly nutritious fruit containing important antioxidants, fibre, and potassium with benefits such as controlling blood pressure and aiding digestion.    Ingredients: Fresh Figs - 5 or 6 Chilled milk (of your choice) - 1 glass Honey or sugar - 1 tbsp Ice cubes (optional ) Prep Steps: Put the figs, 1/2 of the glass of milk, and honey/sugar in the blender ,blend it until it becomes a smooth paste Add the remaining milk and blend well Garnish with some chia seeds or chopped almonds  Enjoy!
