🫐Blueberry chia seeds pudding🫐

 

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any other milk of your choice
  • 2 Tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon or vanilla extract
  • 5 tablespoons chia seeds (soaked overnight)
Preparation:
  1. Blend blueberries well into a paste
  2. Transfer into a bowl
  3. Add all ingredients & mix well
  4. (Optional: Keep in the fridge for a few hours)
For serving (Toppings) :
  • Whipped cream
  • Yogurt
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Banana slices
