🫐Blueberry chia seeds pudding🫐
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any other milk of your choice
- 2 Tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon or vanilla extract
- 5 tablespoons chia seeds (soaked overnight)
Preparation:
- Blend blueberries well into a paste
- Transfer into a bowl
- Add all ingredients & mix well
- (Optional: Keep in the fridge for a few hours)
For serving (Toppings) :
- Whipped cream
- Yogurt
- Chocolate Chips
- Banana slices
